AIPO applied for and received a Development of Regional Impact status.

Millions of dollars were expended on planning, engineering, biological evaluations, wildlife inspections, legal advisors, permits, reports, surveys, plats, road construction, water lines, sewer lines, power lines, etc. to validate Airport International Park of Orlando as a viable location for a quality commerce park.
