This year, we launched our Vendor Evaluation and Recognition Program in the U.S. to shine a light on the vendors that demonstrate excellence in service and quality, as well as align with our broader operational goals, including sustainability and innovation. This program is also geared towards providing our vendor partners with valuable and detailed feedback to help them understand where they can improve.
What does it take to be a top-notch vendor?
We evaluated the 2023 performance of more than 1,000 U.S. property management vendors across various criteria, including responsiveness, quality of service, trust, speed and sustainability.
Take Concrete Constructors and Greenscape Landscape, for example. The recipients of our Valued Collaborator Awards, these companies exemplify commitment to quality, attention to detail, and prompt communication, setting a high standard for our vendor partnerships. Similarly, Encore Landscape Management Company, our Service Provider of the Year, proactively identified potential problems and suggested effective solutions, which speaks volumes about their commitment towards total customer satisfaction.
All of our vendor partners are incredibly important ingredients to the Prologis “secret sauce” for customer centricity. Collectively, these three companies consistently delivered superior service in 2023, helping us continue to meet the needs of our customers. Their ability to find solutions to difficult problems is also a key part of what makes them a cut above the rest.
