Prologis’ Martina Malone, managing director, global head of Capital Raising for the company’s Strategic Capital business, and Prologis’ Global Insights & Research team were named to GlobeSt.com’s “Industrial Influencers” 2020 list.

Strategic Capital was recognized, in part, for its record-breaking year in 2019. The team completed the largest third-party equity raise in Prologis history at $6.2 billion, and also led the formation of the $1.7 billion open-ended Prologis China Core Logistics Fund, the first of its kind in China.
