Expect to receive an email from [email protected], which will look like the email below, granting you access to the Prologis Investor portal (hosted by Dynamo software).
Investor Portal Account Setup
Click the “Log In” button, which will take you to Dynamo’s login page pre-populated with our email on file for you, and then click the “Next” button.
From the Dynamo landing page, click “Proceed” to accept the single sign-on process. If you have multiple accounts with Dynamo, confirm that “Prologis Investor Portal” is shown below “SSO Strategies.”
When you arrive at www.prologis.com/fund-portal, select “New Account” and complete your information.
Once you have provided the information for your account, you need to provide two factors of authentication: email and mobile phone (via text message).
From here, you have successfully set up your account and can sign in. You will be asked to authenticate the device, via text message, upon each login unless you select “Trust this device.”
