Longstanding Partners

As a critical part of the supply chain, we’ve been building high-quality buildings in Portland and leasing them to businesses of all shapes and sizes for 30 years. We help our customers deliver the goods the people of Portland need and want, including food, clothing, medicine and more. We work closely with community leaders and organizations as we build and operate logistics facilities that meet the needs of local consumers and businesses.

Prologis is at the forefront of solar and green energy. We rank No. 2 in the U.S. for onsite solar capacity and storage.

We’ve installed LED lighting across 71% of our buildings and use cool roofs to reduce summertime energy use.

Of our eligible new developments, 100% will achieve sustainable certification.
