For the first time since 2019, Prologis leaders gathered at the New York Stock Exchange for the highly anticipated Prologis Investor Forum. Here’s a run-down of the day and highlights you can catch in the replay:

• [04:13:18]: Global Head of Strategy & Analytics, Chris Caton provides an overview of our data-driven approach and offered his perspective on how data is a key competitive differentiator for Prologis.  
• [04:59:00]: Global Head of Research Melinda McLaughlin talked about the demand drivers shaping our industry and how we look at these forces to forecast market rent growth.  
• [05:14:30]: Chief Financial Officer Tim Arndt shared an overview of our financial track record, emphasizing the strength of our balance sheet. He also provided updated 2024 guidance, which included financial outlook for the next three years.  
• [05:45:44]: After an information-packed six hours, the team fielded a second round of Q&A, including topics such as the revenue opportunities of the solar business, market performance, additional questions on data center approach and energy consumption, barriers to supply and expansion in India.
