Prologis chief financial officer, Tom Olinger, and the Prologis Investor Relations team were recognized by Institutional Investor in the categories of Best CFO, Best Investor Relations Program and Best Analyst Day within the REIT sector.
Each year, Institutional Investor, the industry’s most trusted source for research and rankings, ranks analysts, portfolio managers and management teams that define industry benchmarks for the investment community. One of the rankings examines Investor Relations programs across all REITs. For 2017, Prologis earned top-three distinction in three of five categories for REITs. The rankings are determined by votes from buy-side and sell-side analysts.
Tom, who started as CFO for Prologis’ predecessor AMB in 2007, has led the company’s finance function through the Prologis/AMB merger and the global economic downturn to become the industrial real estate sector's outperformer.
Our winning Investor Relations team is led by Tracy Ward who has been recognized as one of The Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times. Other team members include Liz Dunn and Hope Keaney who have been with Prologis since 2011 and 2014, respectively. True to Prologis’ collaborative culture, several other departments including Research, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Operations supported Tom and the Investor Relations team.
This industry-wide recognition is a major accomplishment and speaks to the excellence of our teamwork. For more, see our Awards and Recognition page.
